Yes, I can and do fill my mitt as I learned from Accumulator but I don't do it all of the time. I only go all out if the car is dirtier than usual which thankfully isn't very often

I wash just like he does in the video. I just hold the mitt instead of wearing it and I use multiple mitts,never reusing the same mitt. I use a new mitt roughly one per panel. It’s kind of a way of “staying sterile’ and is easier for me instead of worrying about always keeping a single mitt clean.
