I mean, does it drop in
I've did this on some machines
It'll either not seat...seat but bind or will work
21mm with the extra potential OPM would be nice

I've owned close to a dozen China clones
If you repack the grease, use correct pad weight to smooth any imbalance, use proper gauge cord (12 or 10) and don't beat the crap out of your tool they last

I still actively use a 25mm..but would love to see if the eccentric assembly drops in the new G21 or G15

That is an assinine statement. I use my 15 and 21 regularly on 2-4 cars per week. Bigger motor than a Rupes, and lifetime warranty. Plus changing out the brushes is stupid simple and quick

If the only difference in the two is just the eccentric, and the carrier/race assembly id the same ID, I would say it would work.
