while there are many latest and greatest polishers out, the GG6 is still relevant (a lot of torque) and being able to swap out backing plates and pads makes it even more versatile in many situations. i wouldn't give up mine as well, it's one tool that will/should stay in the detailing arsenal (add to it, don't take it away) indefinitely...
Another GG customer service success story. They are simply #1 !!!
I too have been a loyal griots client for the better part of 15 years and can say without bias that their products, client service and their commitment to constantly R & D better chemicals polishers....you name it.I have a couple dozen 10 year old MF polish...detail and interior 16x16 rags that have been cared for using their MF cleaner and I could still.....with confidence use them on any nice paint....The point being....I have NEVER been disappointed in anything I have got from them and I have been a good will ambassador for GG for a long time singing them praises when ever someone comments on how fine my cars and bikes look....Fan and Client for life....Period !
The griots pads and polishes are great. I'm not overly impressed with their tire products.
One more reason I picked up the g9 over portercable’s 7424xp.
