Anybody able to help with G21 problem

G21, I was using with the nanoskin auto scrub with some ONR for the lubricant, and on my last panel it stopped working. I replaced the brushes and still no dice. The brushes didn't look worn either, if it got wet I'd think that it would pop the GFCI when I plug it directly into the wall??

Lifetime warranty, contact Griots, they'll swap it out for you. They make it pretty quick and easy process.
