one thing is to try and keep things simple. i've wasted so much money on microfiber towels over the years and you don't need a zillion different ones for everything little thing...

Agree with Visitor the Gold Push JR are the best all around towels, they are my go to for Polish removal QD application etc.
However for rinseless washes, drying etc. other choices may be better.
Exactly why I asked what I did, thanks.

I’m surprised you’re not a fan of the Griots utility towels [or whatever they’re called] All I know is they’re plentiful and economical as well [iirc] From the pics and description they appear like they’d be good enough for more than “all purpose” duties. But don’t take my word for it because I’ve never tried them.

    Re: Micro Fiber Towels

I would buy best quality for the price. You can check Microfiber Tech and the Rag Company. The rag company makes cheaper versions of their high end towels at about half the cost. I have Eagle Edgeless and Minx Edgeless from the Rag Company and I can not tell the difference in softness, weight and finishing quality. I never had an issue with linting or micro marring with the cheaper versions. I have plenty of china towels that have lasted longer and are just as good as if not better then Korean sourced. It's all about the material quality. 80/20 or 70/30, if the material is quality it will make a good towel. If it's junk material it will make a poor towel. If you are just detailing for yourself and a few others there is no need for dropping mad cash on towels. Get the best your budget allows. IMHO I would purchase from MF tech and TRC because pricing tends to be better then AG. You also get quantity discounts at TRC. TRC was running 30% off this past week it may still be on.

What’s your opinion of Costco microfibers?
