Griots's GG3 speed dial- sloppy or tight?

I got not one, but two separate email responses to my concerns with my GG3 (not sure if that is a good or bad sign)! Only crummy part so far is that because I ordered from AutoGeek and not directly from Griot's, I had to eat about $14 in shipping costs to get the tool to them for warranty replacement. That negated most of the sale savings that I got from ordering through AutoGeek.

Anyone know how long warranty turnaround is with Griot's once a tool arrives at their Plainfield, IN warehouse? This is my first time using their warranty service, so I'm hoping it's a positive experience!
