👍👍👍👍👍, looking forward to getting my flex! I'm working on a 2006 Chevy Extended cab, black in color. The paint has scratches and swirls everywhere but customer doesn't want a paint correction. Just the standard detail with wax and clay bar.

I said, okay. $235 the bill will be. Ha ha

Just received my Flex 3401 in the mail. What are these two black plastic screws for? Where do they go? Also, Aren't I'm too use a little 3 in 1 oil on the felt ring under the backing plate?

Congrats. Now that you have that add in the right product and you're golden. You'll LOL at your own post about swirls as they will be long gone.

Plastic caps are for if you remove the handle. Yes on the oil.

Screws are to fill the holes and hold the nose cap in place should you choose not to use the handle.

Make sure you tighten the backing plate. They come loose from the factory, for whatever reason.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the guidance. I thought I was brain dead when I'm looking at those plastic screws. I'm thinking, where the heck to they go. Lol. I never thought about removing the handle. Lol.

I did already use 3-1 oil on the felt ring and even a little on the plastic backing plate that touches the felt ring. 👍Made sure the backing plate is on snug. 👍

Those scratches will be long gone. Lol.
