FLEX 3401 with 50 foot cord

    [IMG][/IMG]

Got tired of messing with extension cords.

Bought a 50' 14 gauge extension cord and had it professionally wired in by a local tool rental company.

$26 for the extension cord and $21 for the wiring.

    Love it!

Under the Federal Trade Commission Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, it shouldn't be voided unless the extension cord modification was at fault for the break down. But the reality is they may give you a hassle about it. And if they do give you a hassle, its a matter of how strong your lawyer is versus theirs. And since you will probably not hire a lawyer to defend your right, then YES IT PROBABLY VOIDS WARRANTY. LOL!

Im sure that makes it easier than dealing with extension cords all the time.

I opted for the longer 25 ft cord on purchase and it is worth it.
