    Speed And Pressure

    With my 7424 the speed I used to make a pass was painstaingly slow - I would take 30 seconds to make a single horizontal pass. Are you using the same speed with the Flex or do you move the machine quicker? Also how much pressure are you using or do you let the machine do the work?

    With the PC for polishing, you will need full speed and some pressure but not enough to stop the head from its natural movement. Lots of patience is also needed so work small areas.

    Put a black line on your backing plate. If that stops spinning, your using too much pressure.

    I dont think hes actually talking about the rotational speed, hes talking about the speed it takes to make a pass.
