Broken FLEX XFE7-15 ???
1 of my crew as he was polishing a car then this happen...the rubber backplate came off..what should I do?
P/s, I'm in Malaysia so it's difficult to ship it back with expensive cost..

Design fault hence being rereleased, closing off air vents on the shroud and fitting them to the backing plate. Its under warranty and a faulty design so they should swop out all those,its the ethical thing to do.
