Just so everyone knows, if you go directly to the hotel it is going to show booked as the rooms that are left are reserved for us. But if you use the links below you can still get a room, but they wont be available for long, so book now! If you wait to long I will not be able to do anything for you, once we fill the hotel I will give you the alternative hotel options. I don't want anyone saying I didn't warn you!

Just out of curiousity...can us locals come and enjoy the social night as well??? May seem obvious to a lot of you, but some hotels don't like "outsiders" coming in to partake on their facilities if they are not paying guests.... I would love to meet everyone!!!!

I heard that you can but you will have to vacuum and empty trash cans when we are all done.
