    Vintage cyclo

Found an old cyclo in my grandfather's house. Has all the original paperwork and bonnets. Any one have an idea what year it is from? I can't find a date any where. Instructions look like it's from the 50s 60s. Are they that old?

Yeah I just read it very interesting. And I plugged in the old cyclo and it still works strong!

I just inherited two Cyclos and kit (with slip-on wool pads) from my late grandfather-in-law, in a box that hasn't been touched for at least 15 years. I plugged them both in...and they still work!

I sent an e-mail with pictures to Cyclo if they could confirm them as authentic Cyclo products. Shelia responded that they were from the Tidy Car program in the 1960's. She recommended to just go through the maintenance steps for a Cyclo (cleaning and oiling), and picking up new rubber pad holders to attach pads to.

Gotta love good ol' Made in America products! 50 years later, and still running. Now where's the Old Glory waving Smilie!?

How to remove overspray paint using the Cyclo Polisher

Cyclo has added Nanoskin Autoscrub Pads to their line of high quality products. Pictured below are the Fine Grade and Medium Grade.

To remove the overspray paint off this 1949 Chevy Pickup we used the Medium Grade.

    Color Ghosting

Here's the before pictures, if you look carefully you can see YELLOW GHOSTING outlining all the perimeters of the green body panels...

After the overspray paint has been removed...

When I look at the after pictures the yellow color ghosting is gone...
