    Cyclo for beginner?

I really want to get a cyclo because it's made in the USA. But it would be my first polisher. Are these machines newbie friendly or should I learn on a different machine first

They are very newbie friendly. You really can't make a mistake with a Cyclo unless you dropped one on the hood of your car.

I demonstrated the Cyclo to remove scratches on black paint each day at SEMA this last year using their yellow foam cutting pads and Uber compound and it worked like a charm.

    Here's a how-to article for this tool...

I bought mine 7 years ago and it is still my go to polisher. Minimal effort and you don't have to fight with the machine. I heard some folks say that it's a glorified waxer, it made me laugh. I say if you can get results from from a machine and you like using it then use it.
