I just received an order where I was shorted several items. Strangely enough, the pic list on the invoice that came with the shipment was missing the three items I was shorted, but the order total on the invoice included the items that were omitted. Tried to call this morning to clear it up, got their answering service. The message said they are open from 10-4 on Saturday, but also said my call was placed outside of regular business hours. The message told me to leave a message with my info for a call back, but didn't give me a chance to leave a message before disconnecting. I tried on several calls to no avail. Please advise.
