Here's hoping that doesn't happen. He's a busy man, I think it'd be courteous for all of us to take that into consideration..

unless his signature was affixed thereon.

FYI Mike's books can be ordered separately with his signature.

When I ordered my Rupes there was no option for his signed copy. I took a gample and asked if it would be possible to get it signed. I thank the Atuogeek team and Mike for taking the time to do that.
