    Thumbs up Nick@AG = 2 Thumbs up

I was having some issues with a product I bought 6-months ago. I contacted Nick for some technical assistance. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting and in the end he offered a replacement product for me.

The support and assistance of AG is second to none. It's nice to know AG will spend the time to help us as customers. It's very rare nowadays.

    Thanks again Nick!

I agree. Nick as well as the PBMG people are incredible. AG sets the standard for customer service.

I prefer to spend my hard earned money with them when/where I can.

I absolutely couldn't agree more with all the above comments!

I was in a similar predicament earlier this year too. Now - I live 8000+ miles away from Autogeek HQ, down here in New Zealand & without going into details - I got something in my order that didn't workout. I asked Nick & Mike about it & they said they'd see me right.

I was of the thinking that being so far away I'd be on my own, kinda a buyer beware type thing & I was ok with that. Seriously I was. Even though I had paid good money for what I ordered I'm so far away & with the cost of shipping etc I didn't want to put AG out & I figured I'd just take it as a loss. I wasn't going to stop shopping at Autogeek regardless.

Not to be! The time & effort Nick put into turning my unfortunate situation around is simply outstanding! Talk about going above & beyond. Autogeeks customer service has always been second to none in my books but the way Nick helped out this Kiwi fella has blown me away!

A BIG Kiwi "Chur Bro" to you Nick!
