...but got to experience it this week first hand. I had one product that had fully seperated and turned to a water consistency. After an email to Autogeek, they're replacing it for me. Also had another order that was damaged during the delivery process and found out from checking the UPS site so called Autogeek and was able to make an update and they were able to get that package out so I'll have it at the end fo the week. I've always heard how great the customer service, but it was great to get a real experience with it. This is the stuff that will keep me coming back and referring friends. Thanks Autogeek!
