    Problem with Flex 3401 XRG

    Hello
I have a Flex 3401 VRG and turns off every time I need to use.

Sometimes it runs for a panel, before it turns off unexpectedly
Sometimes it runs for 1/2 a panel, before it turns off unexpectedly

Sometimes it doesnt turn on back at all, and sometimes it does.,

I dont sense any overheating on this polisher. I have tried the manual trigger and trigger lock and no difference, still turns off

Is there something that can be done to resolve this?

    Thank you
    Bud

If the tool has brushes, it sounds like they need replacing.

Could also be a cord problem? How much run time is on it?

Sound like brushes, but also it could be the cable or the switch.

I can see a spark when it does run. Does that tell us anything

And where can I get brushes for the unit ? Or if Autogeek will service it
