2 month old DA Polisher broke and no customer care from Eshine
So i bought a swirl buster kit with some pads and a Porter Cable DA from Eshine.ca (an Canadian autogeek re-seller). I have got maybe 8-12 cars out of it over the last 2 months and it started smoking and siezed up. I phoned Eshine who said "we don't offer a warranty on any of our items sorry. But you can call the manufacturer and they will tell you where to get it repaired".
To me this seems awful and really bad business to not even cover a tool for 90 days and to be utterly useless when someone calls to try to sort out a problem with a product you sell. Just wanted to put a warning out there as in Canada our options are limited and i have tried other stores like Carzilla and they have treated me great so there seems to be no need to deal with people that don't back their products.
