Have you let the pads sit out? I'm guessing unrestricted and with some time they'll return to their intended shape. Or do they seem to be permanently damaged?

Most of the pads aren't round any more. I think cells are compressed too much on the edge (due to 10 days in transit) and permanently damaged. AG shipped a Rupes yellow pad (6") (separate order) in an envelope because it wasn't available to ship with others items in my previous order. That pad arrived flawlessly.

Here is the box and the filler (more than one was used). List of items came in the box are

    1. Chinchilla Microfiber Buffing Cloths 3 Pack
    2. Rupes Zephir Gloss Coarse Gel Compound 250 ml.
    3. Buff and Shine Black Foam Finishing Pad (2)
    4. Rupes 100 mm (4 inch) Blue Coarse Foam Pad (2)
    5. Rupes 100 mm (4 inch) White Finishing Foam Pad
    6. Rupes 150 mm (6 inch) Blue Coarse Foam Pad (2)
    7. Rupes 150 mm (6 inch) White Finishing Foam Pad
8.Rupes 100 mm (4 inch) Yellow Polishing Foam Pad
9.Rupes 100 mm (4 inch) Yellow Polishing Foam Pad
    10. TUF SHINE Tire Brush

I think the box is too small for the above or should have used better filler materials instead of paper roll

All items except the mf towels (ofcourse) including the brush were damaged one way or the other.
Having worked in shipping and receiving, I think that box is too big. When you initially pack the box with filler paper it looks good. Once it's in transit and boxes are stacked on it the paper looses its density. I'm assuming the pads were all the way in the bottom

Re: Disappointed with packaging this time

Don't recall in which order I took them out of the box but they were tightly packed in ziploc type bag and sealed with cello tape as well in addition to paper filler in the box. I think they should have been loose, individually placed in a bag and should have used packing peanuts. AG did send me stuff in that way. In fact, once FedEx guy wondered why so big box but was so light. It took minutes to dig out stuff from that box.

I'll say this: If you are unsatisfied with the way your items were delivered, then AutoGeek will be unsatisfied as well.

Weird that you have received no reply. Try again. Please give them an opportunity to make this right.

In my personal experience, this company has bent over backwards to satisfy me at all times.

Mistakes happen. Let them try and correct it.

Yep...that would be their packing then. The one I got was when they were using UPS. When they repacked it they put all the packing on one side of the box and all the items on the other. I had 2 gallons of liquids in it. Needless to say the box I got was soaked from a broken gallon jug.

I'm sure they'll take care of it. Did you call or e-mail? I had a problem getting a response when I sent e-mail, that's been a while I would assume they got that issue resolved...

Mistakes do happen. Hopefully, they pack fragile items carefully and consistently. 1 issue out of 6 orders so far. I wasn't happy with shipping speed either. Any case, no response. I emailed them as soon as I opened the package. It's been now 2 days?

Re: Disappointed with packaging this time

My last order took an unusual amount of time to get here. I ordered elsewhere afterwards and had it in two days on a free shipping deal.

Re: Disappointed with packaging this time

I had two packages within the last 6 months in which a gallon bottles broke and spilled all over. I do think at times, the packaging could be better but AG always takes care of you.
