$70CAD to ship few items to Canada

I've bought frequently from Autogeek to Canada but never had to pay $49.99USD ($70CAD) to ship a few items to Canada.

What's changed? Is this priority overnight shipping?

I have always paid insane prices for shipping when ordering from Autogeek. On average the shipping cost is 30-50% of the price of the order. Most of the time it's a weight issue. Shipping heavy items over the border seems to be really expensive. Unfortunatelly there are no good alternative here in Canada so I deal with it ;( I wish Autogeek opened an outlet on this side of the border. I believe they are still associated with E-shine, but anytime I go on E-shine's website to place an order, 50% or more of the items I want are out of stock, so after 3 years I just gave up on them.

The weight of your items don't look like they should equate to that much of a shipping charge IMO.

One of the reasons I've refrained from ordering primarily from AG is because of the shipping. Just ordered a bottle of M7 Show Car Glaze, couldn't find it in Canada so got it from elsewhere within the States. Even though AG was $10 cheaper for the product, with shipping I still got the item for less.
Some sales are still certainly great to take advantage of though.

E-shine still does a good job of trying to stay competitive in CAD with their pricing, but a agreed, little frustrating when trying to get a gallon of ONR and its out of stock for 4 months.

I use AutoObsessed for a lot of stuff or CarZilla, they're all AG re-sellers in Canada so they have a great amount of stuff and their prices are probably a lot better than EShine. Not as good as our American friends buying from AG but still not bad for Canadians.

I guess you guys' trade off for universal health care is high tariffs on care care products. Lol
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.
