Anyone having issue with AG orders lately?

I got in contact with Bryan via email after he reached out to me by phone (I work third shift, so not the easiest to get a hold of). Within two emails to each other, Bryan had gotten in touch with receiving, found out that the product was still back ordered, with no ETA on arrival, upgraded me to a higher price point clay, and included more (although none of that was necessary or asked for from me, Bryan made the choice to do it on his own accord) and shipped it out the following day.

THIS is the AG customer service I was used to. Just wanted to give thanks where it is due.
