I placed an order last week for a pinnacle rinse less wash kit. I had some technical difficulties and thought I screwed up the first time and ordered again. Now neither order shows up in my order history or on my PayPal statement. I am afraid I placed two orders and hope I can cancel the first, but I can't seem to find anything about a completed order. I sent in an email to AG asking for assistance, and haven't heard anything back. I'm just wondering if perhaps someone who can help can see this and help me figure it out, and maybe cancel what I don't need.
