Last time I called nobody answered. I got a recording telling me to call back during the specified hours, despite the fact that is was during those hours. Fortunately someone picked up the phone at Autopia Car Care. I placed my order there.

What day was this?

Our (normal) hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 7:30 pm EST and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm.

If you call us and the specified directory is unavailable due to high call volumes, it will transfer you to another department where you will be assisted.
