Last week Bob McKee and his daughter Kristin attended the Crossroads in Covina Car & Bike Show in California.

CROSSROADS IN COVINA Car & Bike Show

Crossroads is the first Show Venue to truly unite the car hobby. We have made a commitment to putting on shows of the highest quality that honor each genre of the automobile. From antiques to muscle cars, hot rods to classics, low riders to exotics, Japanese to customs, muscle cars to motorcycles... Crossroads Car Shows are a unique and fun time to come together and enjoy loving our cars.

Our next show will be the 2nd Annual Crossroads in Covina Car & Bike Show on October 4th, 2014 at Covina Assembly. Last year we had a very successful event with nearly 200 cars and bikes of all types and descriptions. We were forced by the city to move indoors because the event was much larger than expected and it still was a fun day in which we raised some good money for Los Angeles County Teen Challenge. Thank you to all who participated and our awesome sponsors!

This year we expect to have 300 cars and bikes and we will have a full outdoor venue with lots of great vendors, live bands, DJ David, BBQ Tri-tip and Cheeseburgers, Famous Movie Cars, Barry Meguiar: host of Car Crazy TV, Von Hot Rod, Silent Auction, Live Auction and a Raffle with great items including a 50" flat screen TV, a brand new iPad Mini, and lots of other exciting items. The Awards for Cars & Bikes in all categories will be unique and collector worthy.

The Crossroads Car Shows are exclusively for the benefit of Southern California Teen Challenge. They are the oldest, largest and most successful addiction recovery program in the world. Started 55 years ago on the streets of New York by David Wilkerson, this program has lasted and grown to prove they are a real answer to a very challenging problem today. Southern California Teen Challenge has just celebrated their Jubilee 50th year saving lives in the communities from Fresno to San Diego. To learn about the history of Teen Challenge please pick up a copy of David Wilkerson’s book, The Cross and the Switchblade. We are honored to host car shows for their benefit.
While they were there, Bob ran into a couple names you might recognize including Barry Meguiar, Joe Fernandez from Superior Shine, Chris West from Solution Finish, Mike Stoops from Meguiar's was a judge.

Barry's daughter Nicole Meguiar Northcote is responsible for hosting and organizing the show. Autogeek was proud to be a sponsor of the show!
