Can we take a group picture and put everyone's screen name and real name over their heads so I can remember who was who? I had a great time. Weather was awesome and the cars turned out great.

Sounds like this was a great success, so when's the next roadie??? I'd like to put in a vote for Chicago or Detroit!

Today was a really good detailing, got to work with a great group of guys. The cars were really cool, and having the guys from my classic car there filming was something else. If any of you are ever in the Raleigh area, give me a shout. There is always some scotch, cigars and steaks for the grill

Had a great time at the show today and really enjoyed getting to do 2 cars with a great bunch of guys. It was nice to put some faces with screen names and meet fellow members from this area. Thanks again to Mike, Juan, Trey and Andre for making the drive and making this a big success.

Re: Official Thread for Kentucky Trip- Crusin the Heartland
I didn't hit the road as early as I thought I would and didn't make it to town until 10 but they had already finished the Impala and everyone was busy rubbing clay on the black Plymouth.
The guys were really working their buffs off. I mainly ended up watching the guys on the hood/fenders so I could stay of of the way of the cameras as much as possible.
I got to talk to Mike a few times but as you can imagine he was a busy guy, overseeing the work and talking to the crowd. Great meeting you Mike and to watch the group of pros knock out a car that quick. I think they finished off the car in 2 hours.
The owner was very impressed when it was done and right fully so, It looked great.
I was also very impressed with the car show in general. When they say they are shutting down the streets they mean it. Almost the whole down town (older part of town) was closed and cars were lining the streets and just about every parking lot. Many more cards than I had thought would be there. Heck, I'll probably go again even if Autogeek doesn't. Well worth the three hour drive.
If the next ones are in driving distance, count me in.
I bought some pads and saved on shipping too...
(well if you don't count the gas money, and I don't because I would have went just to watch)
