Thanks for the pics, not all them worked for me thoughSema 2017 day 2 That said, are the majority of the cars there over the top and gaudy? That yellow widebody Mustang looks like one of those DUB CITY toy cars. Maybe I'm getting closer to the "hey get off of my lawn!" guy.

I agree with Klasse Act. Very few people would drive these cars daily, and I bet a lot wouldn't even drive them as weekend or show cars. While I understand that these are marketing tools, and over-the-top is almsot a requirement for just getting noticed, how practical are the vast majority of these vehicles? A quad to advertise car audio? A classic Ford pickup jacked up so high that you need to use a ladder to get omdoe? Or how many people actually rock crawl their Jeeps (not criticizing rock crawling vehicles, just sincerely believe it isn't a major part of the special interest vehicle market)? Does anybody believe that: a) Weathertech makes floor mats for that white exotic car, and b) that any potential owner of a car such as that would buy floor mats from Weathertech? I like Weathertech products, I just don't think that the Weathertech products and the while exotic cars will ever be considered together.

Reminds me of the award winning mid 1960s Riviera that won best of show (or something like that) at last year's SEMA show. Outstanding workmanship, some very creative engineering, but in the end I am forced to ask "WHY?" They had a exhaust exiting from the middle of the tail panel. Unique, yes. Practical or real world usable? DEFINITELY NOT. There is no practical reason to do that. It destroyed the usability of the trunk, not just from having an exhaust pipe go through it, but also from the heat coming off the pipe melting anything in the trunk.
