    Teak wood restore

17yr old teak. I don't think it's ever been oiled.

Oh, this is our new toy. Picked it up last week. Lots of more before/afters coming....

    1. Scrubbed with Optimum Power Clean at full strength.
    2. Sanded with 100 grit with Black and Decker palm sander
    3. Sanded with 150 grit
    4. Treated with Star Brite teak oil - 3 coats

    Before

    After

AWESOME! I love Teak - although it is quite heavy. Really beautiful wood though. Glad it restored so well for you.

Wow! that is beautiful... It always amazes me that people will pay so much for something then not give it the love that it requires to give them the fun they want!

    Great job man!

AHHH this brings back memories of my Sea Ray back in the day when the boat seemed to be more teak than fiberglass. Teak is a high maint. item but the look is worth it.
