WW or RW for my situation??

Hi and thanks in advance for any help.

My boat sits in a slip all summer where I have basically no access to water to clean her. Each summer I put a heavy coat of wax and she looks great, but I have a hard time keeping her looking that way. The biggest issues are environmental fall out since boats don't get road grime like cars. And rain and UV take their toll as well. It's a cabin cruiser and is mostly hard to reach so I have to use an extension pole.

What is the consensus on best methods-Waterless wash or Rinseless wash? I'm looking for a step up from quick detailers without needing to haul out.

(PS-every time I convince myself of one way, I second guess for the other)

Is the boat in salt water?
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.
