Yeah, I’m sure it’s a double-safety of some sort, I’ve just never had a coating (or any small bottle) with one of those tops. So was hoping for confirmation from someone who has used it that it’s normal. I didn’t trying opening it before sealing in a ziplock and putting away. But I heard normal liquid in the bottle when I shake, including now.

Yes mine was a bit loose as well. Guessing there is a seal on top of bottle or it would have leaked during shipping.
