BF Paint Sealant suggestion you AG

I like this sealant a lot but wished it came in a 16oz version. I don’t use sealants really too often but I do enjoy the BF sealant topped with Midnight sun look.

I had to toss half of my last 32oz bottle because it separated and shaking till the cows come home didn’t help. It wasn’t really that old.... 2 years tops. I machine apply and use very little each application(also makes removal a breeze).

I have some WGDGPS that is fine after 7 years. Perhaps it’s just the chemistry of the BF Sealant.

    I hate wasting any product

Hopefully someone at PBMG will take this into consideration.

Anyone else like to see this available in a 16oz version??? They made One Step available in a 16oz....
    Jim

I think any one of us that are just DIY guys/girls would second this, Jim.

Just offering a 32oz bottle is like selling milk in only gallon jugs at the grocery store.

Tailor your product sizes to customer need, and sales will increase. JMO.

I’m lucky enough to have a few 16oz bottles with the old label... and at least the opened bottle is still good after 4 or so years... confirmed a few weeks ago. I did have to shake it like a Polaroid picture of a salt shaker.

And I agree that even though BF turned to the PBMG pro line, certain items like AIOs, polished and sealants should be offered in smaller quantities. It’s hard to use these up quickly.

Great suggestion. I gave a fair amount of my BF AIO away just to keep from having to eventually throw some of it away

A lil bump for Meghan to perhaps consider.

PS “you” was supposed to be “for” in title. Fat thumbs

I've been tempted to try the Blackfire All in One, if I order it I'll probably just buy the little 2oz sample bottle for $7. Sure, it may be great, but I'll never use a whole big bottle.

Unfortunately they don't offer a lil bottle of the paint sealant though.

The big bottle is why I haven't tried it. I only do 4-5 cars a year and a 16oz bottle is usually more than enough.

They do make the AIO in 16oz.

If you are in the states I would be more than happy to send you my 16 oz bottle of BF paint sealant. Used it one time years ago and I don't see myself using it in the future.

I'd say 8oz is the sweet spot for us DIYers. For things like sealants, even 8oz will last several years.

You may get your wish. For several years I've been hoping PBMG would offer Blackfire Compound and Polish in something smaller than 32oz and I just noticed today they offer 8oz bottles! They are a bit pricey, but they are still my favorite polishing products.
