    Ready for inspection...

And we'll probably still add a few things here and there after Dwayne scrutinizes my work with his eagle eyes...

One thing for sure, once you arrive to the set, if you don't have it... you don't have it... so it's better to have everything you need and a little cushion in-case the unexpected happens.

My mind is seriously blown by how many thousands of dollars worth of equipment are in those pics, Mike. Any idea how much all that stuff weighs? Shipping surely can't be cheap!

    Off hand I don't know...

I finished pulling the products on the list last night and sometime today Dwayne and Jason will thoroughly go through it and make sure I haven't missed anything.

Here's a little insider secrete, believe it or not... I've missed items, that is I've left important items off the list and we've had to improvise on-the-fly... if anyone ever sees any of the improvisations in any of the TV work we do I'll share what we did... but if no one catches these little detailers then it will remain our secret.

But after making mistakes, it helps me to create a pretty thorough Product List.

Your point about how much in products and shipping is valid and here's another place it ties in...

    Roadshow Classes

So many people e-mail me, call me and send me PM's asking me to bring our classes to their home town and there's a lot more involved than what most people think. While we would not ship everything you see in the pictures we would need to ship,

    • Rotary Buffers - Flex, 3M, Makita, DeWALT
    • PC's - Porter Cable, Griot's Garage, Meguiar's
    • Cyclo
    • Flex 3401
    • Pads - Lots of them
    • Chemicals - Lots of them
    • Microfiber Towels - Lots of them
    • Laptop Computer
    • Projector
    • Lots of misc items

All the above has to be shipped to the location and then at a minimum, the tools have to be shipped home. All this cost money in shipping and time for people to process at both ends.

I actually have an article on what it takes to hold a quality Roadshow Class and it's a lot more involved than what most people think...

Contrast all the above to the fact that we have a top notch training classroom right here at our location with EVERYTHING we need to put on an incredibly thorough class, it just requires the people that are truly interested to "ship themselves here" instead of us shipping all the above to "Resume Speed Iowa".

But yeah, back on topic, to pull, package and ship everything needed for short segments is a lot more involved than most people think...

Dwayne did his inspection and made a few suggestions for products to add to the collection. Next I boxed everything up and taped the section for the product list to the top of each box so the contents could known without opening the boxes.

Then I weighed all the boxes and here's the total weight for everything you see on the tables.

    361.2 pounds

    And there you go...
