    SunJoe SPX3000 longer hose?

Anybody have a recommendation for a good 50' hose for a SunJoe SPX3000? It's a 1/4" hose with M22 fittings on both ends, so I suspect pretty standard. The 20' hose it came with is a little short since I cannot walk around an entire car without moving the pressure washer, plus the hose is a bit stiff. Thanks in advance!

I just bought a Simpson 50' 5/16" with M22 ends. It works well. It is light, doesn't have any memory issues (with staying coiled), and hasn't kinked on me yet.

Are you using the SunJoe pressure washer? Would love to see a pic of the setup.

yes, this set up is for my SunJoe I use it to wash my cars only because it's so quite and the PSI is managable . I posted in another thread that i do have a pro-sumer gas power pressure washer with 3.5GPM/3000PSI CAT pump/Honda engine but it's loud as heck I only use it to do house wash and drive way wash. I don't want to point that thing to a car the recoil is like a .45APC compare to a .22 for the SunJoe

Yeah, i'll tried to take some pic tomorrow am and post it here in the pm.

Sure you can use that one. I saw it at the store yesterday and to me, it's a little flimsy for my taste.

The reason i did my setup that way was because i have 2 extra spare hoses sitting around (A 40ft and a 200ft). All i did was purchase two of these NorthStar Ball-Type Pressure Washer Quick Coupler Nipple — 22mm Inlet Size, 4000 PSI, Model# ND10037P | Pressure Washer Quick Couplers| Northern Tool + Equipment

If i didn't have that 50ft hose already, i may consider the one you mentioned.

That's the same setup I use, too. Having quick connects on the ends of the hose makes everything so much easier. I quick connect to the gun (which is from Northern, too) and to the machine. When done, disconnect and store away.

It looks like the blue hose from Northern is similar to the Simpon hose I posted. Well, at least both have M22 ends and both advertise the same features, however I can't speak to the quality. I bought the Simpson instead because, like Snellville stated, the blue one looked a little flimsy. Even the bend restrictors are flimsy. The Simpson isn't flimsy, but it also may not be quite as good as the Non-marking hose he is using. That one is also a little more expensive at $70 vs $48. Probably can't go wrong either way.

Definitely use quick-connects, though. It's the way to go.

Also, and not to poop on what snellvilleauto will show, but I wanted you to see that what he and I have suggested are very easy. Here are pics of my setup. This is basically the same as what he's got, except the Simpson has M22 fittings, which means your quick connectors are M22 to 3/8", rather than 3/8" all the way around. His hose has different ends.

    Here's mine:

M22 to 3/8" on the spray gun

M22 to 3/8" on the pressure washer

M22 to 3/8" on the hose (there is one of these on each end of the hose

Lee, I like the short wand. Is that an off the shelf part that is easy to find, e.g., Lowes, HD, etc.?

I have not looked for one but the versatility and ease of use are appealing.
