Re: SunJoe SPX3000 longer hose?
For those that have added QD's on your pressure washer hose, did you use 3/8" or 1/4" QD's? I see both on here and was wondering if there was a reason to choose one over the other.
I plan on running the Apache hose (Apache 10085585 1/4" x 50' 3100 PSI Xtreme Flex Pressure Washer Hose with Female Metric Fittings: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific)
TIA!

I also got rid of all the M22 connections on my pressure washer so no need for M22 hose any more.
I converted from M22 to 3/8" Quick Connect at the pressure washer so I can use standard hose without the M22 fittings and then just use 3/8" quick connects everywhere else.
If you have the money upgrade to stainless fittings as brass fittings start to corrode over time.

You use a 3/8" pressure washer hose on your spx3000? Aren't you severely reducing your pressure?

Not at all, the standard hose is 5/16” inside diameter adding 1/16” to the inside diameter will not make a major difference at all. Works great with my MTM Foam Cannons.
Note: I also use a mosmatic swivel. MTM Gun, mosmatic wand, 4.0 nozzle
