The Rupes Bigfoot system is a great machine - works and corrects really well - very well balanced machine

I've never met Paul but who knows, the detailing world is a pretty small place....

One thing for sure, in the last 3-5 years I've seen more new technology introduced to the market than over my entire career in this industry and for the most part it's making it easier and faster for the "average" person to get show car results as we prove all the time here at our Detailing Boot Camp Classes and our Thursday Night Classes.

The most important thing is to always be open to new ideas, products, tools, pads and techniques. I encourage others to do this and practice what I preach.

If you wall yourself off and think you know it all the world and technology will pass you by...

Here's an example of being open to new power tools
Most of these guys, if not all of them, had never used a Flex 3401 to buff out a car before let alone a really cool 1940 Ford Hotrod.

But after attending our Detailing Boot Camp Class they all have real-world experience using the Flex 3401

And then they were all able to try some more new technology, that is Gtechniq Panel Wipe and EXO to coat the paint on this car after polishing it to perfection.

Spraying Gtechniq Panel Wipe to strip the paint

Carefully removing the Panel Wipe so as not to mar the perfectly polished paint...

Here's I'm demonstrating how to apply Gtechniq EXO...

Now we're CAREFULLY wiping off the Gtechniq EXO...

And here are the results from new technology, Gtechniq EXO a organic/inorganic hybrid coating.

So yeah, sometimes new technology really is the real deal and for this reason it's important to always be open to it...

I have been reading about the new RUPES (it has been on the stores here in Europe for quite some time) and I still don't understand the hype about this DA (it even isn't forced rotation).
Can someone who has used it explain it to me, please? Rasky?
As for the endorsement of Paul Dalton, he is an excellent detailer, but he is also an excellent business man...

Kevin has done a far better job explaining the benefits of the Rupes machine than I could ever do. Read here.

Personally I never cared for the forced rotation of the Flex and once the MF pads/system was released I was getting equal or better correction with my traditional DA polishers and my Flex just sat on the bench and collected dust.
