    Critique my setup

To start off, I'm more of an enthusiast who recently decided to go for-profit. Granted, this will be a side hustle as I have a steady day job. I kinda went a little over board, picked up quite a few products to test them out and see what I liked, what worked and what didn't.

Not shown in the photo is:
    • Detailing cart w/ kwazar dual action sprayers for my most commonly used products
    • Wall mounted racks for my Flex 3401, PE 14-2, Rupes LHR21mk2 and Nano Ibrid.
    • Air compressor w/ ceiling mounted retractable hose

Any suggestions regarding my setup? Moving certain products around to increase efficiency, anything you'd add, etc.?

Shoot, you’re better stocked, more equipped and better organized than me for sure!!!

    I’m a minimalist though.

Best of luck and have fun.

As long as you are using what you have as far as chemicals and can find the balance between what to have on hand versus what you are using you will be okay. I'm fully mobile and detail out of my 3 series BMW wagon so I only take what I need for the work I'm doing. Usually too much. Find what works for you and how you detail and go from there. Once you find what works then you can start adjusting your processes to make better use of your time. That is what makes you the most money in the long run. Time is money.

1 thing that’s good to do every once in a while is go through your cabinets/shelves/totes etc. and remove any products that you haven’t used in a long time or don’t see yourself using much in the future.

Set those slow using items off to a separate storage area or boxCritique my setup them up elsewhere. Doing that will de clutter your products and make it much easier for you to quikly prepare and pack up and go without a bunch of old stuff in your way.
