    Wall mounted vacuums

In order to keep things neat and organized, I'm in the market for a wall mounted vacuum. I am familiar with the Metro Vac but was wondering if there are other decent manufactures out there as another option? I like the Metro Vac being the model I saw has a 25ft hose so it will be able to stay permanently mounted to wall and off the floor.

Anyone with a Metro or another brand I would be interested in hearing what you think about them. I know the Metro is not cheap by no means so I'm doing some research to get something decent that will last. I'm using just a basic shop Vac now that I roll around my shop.

    Thank you

Googled and found this by Vacumaid. 50ft hose.

Link removed, kindly review forum terms/conditions. Found under FAQ in toolbar

    IMHO:
You'll be a lot better equipped to handle more
diverse detailing tasks by purchasing a HangUp
    "wet-or-dry" vacuum for the garage.

The one linked is not wet/dry, I would look for something wet/dry for detailing needs. There are two available on the river store site. There is a forum member with a wet/dry wallmount version, he invited me over to check it out. When I get time I will be checking it out since I am interested in one as well.

Having owned a Metro product for more than 5 years. I would offer the build quality and the company support garner any difference in price. It's an impressive brand and I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I love it! I had a metro before, nothing wrong with it but burned up after 2 years, decided to go with something different and am not sorry. Hepa bag so no dust in the shop, also can be used as a blower
