Griots 6" DA. Generation 1 -vs- Generation 2

This one is mine, bought it back in july.... I think this is the second generation, but I really don't know....

YEP THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN MY FIRST GENERATION ONE.

You have the second generation for sure.

Looks the same as my old and new one. Except mine are covered in 105

Might be the case. Something still feels different though

When I'm on speed 6 with the new one, it feels like speed 5 with the old one

I know the first didn't have removable back plates. I didn't realize they changed it twice since then. I thought it was just once

IDK. Thats what I'm trying to get answers to

The one complaint I have about Griots products, is that their techline blows. Unless its on a script they can read, they can't tell you anything. I would be willing to bet $50 they've never even used the machine

That is how it came

My understanding is there is only two versions.

The new one has more power before cutting out so you have better correction. The old one almost too safe.
