GG6 backling plate and pad size??

if you get a 5" backing plate you can use 5.5" pads or any other pad that has at least 5 inches of hook & loop aka velcro...

5" Meguiars backing plate with the thin Meguiars maroon cutting and yellow polishing discs do great for me.... although I've been wanting to venture into the MF pad world lately

I 'll get a different backing plate .... Boss only comes in packs of 2 . I don't do that much detailing ....??
