    Yellow stuff on paintwork

    Hi,
Need help getting this yellow stuff off a client's vehicle. It appears in multiple places, and whatever it is has dried on the surface and is proving difficult to remove. See pic below

Can you feel it with your fingers?

I'm thinking maybe a solvent / tar remover.

Try denatured alcohol. It works amazing for removing stubborn tree sap and will not harm clear coat painted surfaces.

You can feel it above the paint surface, it's rough and feels kinda like cement stuck on the paint.

Don't have any denatured alcohol, willing to give it a try though. Reckon thinners would help?

I would go with a body shop solvent instead of a laqueur thinner or acetone.

    You might try rapid remover?
It hasn't let me down yet.
If it comes down to it maybe you'll have to resort to some light wet sanding as a last resort.
