Question: hydro 2 application to wheels technique
For those of you that like to use hydro 2 on wheels, how do you apply it?
Wheels off: do you tape around the wheel and the tire to avoid getting over spray on the tire itself? Do you apply your tire sealant/coating first and then apply hydro 2 to the wheel or the reverse?
Wheels on: pretty much the same question but do you roll the car forward/reverse to evenly apply or just spay upside down in places? Jack up the car to spin the wheel?
Perfection is attained by slow degrees; it requires the hand of time. (Voltaire)

I only use Hydro2 while wheels are one.
Mist it on and blast it. No need to tape anything off. A small sprayer will allow you to get the tops areas as well. Or apply to the bottom half then move the vehicle forward 1/2 a rotation.

Re: Question: hydro 2 application to wheels technique
since hydro2 is water activation,it will cover anything that the water runs into. Little overspray on tires is fine though. It may helps to protect the tire coating....(don't know)
just let the water do the magic

spray on, rinse off... done. No need to cover anything up, just be sure to rinse everything it may have contacted to avoid streaking (best to not use when windy if possible).
