Re: Best Wax for white paint
Honestly I have two white vehicles, 08 MBZ and 07 Tblazer. Both polished(Menz 203/106) and then DG 501 followed by DG 105/601 to final seal. One week later one coat of Dodo White Diamond on the MBZ and one coat of 845 on the blazer(it sits outside and is a work/tow vehicle). The differences in gloss and looks is negligible IMO. Protection hands down would be the blazer but both got DG cleaner/sealant treatment so not the big of a deal. In all honesty, to me, just use the 845 and save the money. It's not that white diamond was not nice just not nice enough difference to me to justify the extra cost.

Fastfred, have you used the white diamond and followed up with the light fantastic as AG suggests?
Al,
I have not but it would not hurt to try.

My vote is either Collinite 845 or Dodo Light Fantastic. Fuzion looks really good on white too!

Interesting combo! Marine polish, bonding agent, clear coat polish. How did you decide to add the marine polish?

DG501 on white is absolutely stunning. Your pad will turn yucky and you'll wonder what your definition of white was before using this product..501 will change it!

I was turned on to this product by an Old member here that was very well versed (Al) on the Duragloss line of products. I've also spoken to the two brothers that make up Duragloss and they also endorse my suggested usage.
It is an AMAZING cleaner and will really make the difference.

Yeppers I got this idea from you, previously only used it on my jet skis and those of others I did, now it's the first coat on all the light colors I do(White, silver, beige).
Love the stuff but I'm also the idiot who pulls them out of the water and is wiping down and washing with ARO while everybody else is having a beer only to dunk them back in the next day. I have issues
