GG6 stopped working

So I brought out my brand new polisher yesterday. I did just my hood. Today I started on a door. About 10 minutes in it slowed way down and in a matter of seconds it stopped working.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like one of the brushes is shot. I have had this happen more than once before. Some of the brushes in the GG6 are less than impressive and can cause a quick failure of the machine. Fortunately, they included a second set of brushes that can be installed.

Are you using an extension cord? If so, what gauge? Try plugging it directly into an outlet.

Yes extension cord but not sure what guage.....looks "normal size" ....25 feet

Try changing the brushes or send it back.

I'm not sure but I believe you should have gotten a set of new brushes that came with polisher when new in the box.

I have a New In Box GG6 sitting in the garage, I just opened and checked and it does have a spare set of brushes.
