Help with holograms?

Bought a black test panel that's full of swirls and holograms. I have successfully removed the swirls, but there are still holograms. I used a PC 7424, a white Hexlogic with M105, and then used m205 with a white pad. Attempts at correcting the holograms with a black pad and Megs Ultimate Polish have gone unsuccessful.

Ignore the state of the paint, it's pretty trashed.

Could it be technique?

Perhaps your not aggressive enough with the cutting stage, do you have any pads more aggressive than the white Hexlogic? I think it's worth a shot to get, the newer Meg's cutting foam disk or since you are using the PC I'd try the Meg's mf cutting disk if you want to stay within the Meg's brand
