    APC doesn't touch these.

    I use CG APC, it works very well on cleaning trim

    I had stuff like that on my Xterra, it wouldn't come out with anything. It's age, I personally think the only way to avoid that is to never let it happen in the first place. On all the vehicles I've ever owned that I neglected that area I never found anything that would effectively restore it.

    Give DP coating prep polish a shot. I've had it bring back some smooth trim pieces on a few different vehicles. Never would've thought of using it for trim until I read a thread where someone accidentally got some on a cowl and noticed how nice it was when he wiped it off. If you don't want to buy any, I'll even send you some to test drive.
