Cquartz Leather and Vinyl Coating (NOT Fabric and Leather), reviews?

Noticed it was hard to find reviews on the CQuart Leather and Vinyl coating. Seen plenty of the Fabric and Leather one, but Im interested in the Leather/Vinyl version for application on our new Lexus seats (semi-aniline leather)

Im debating since its fairly permanent, at least it claims to be. Im also not sure of the feel of it...is it similar to UIGP or a "squeaky clean" feel (which I dont like....just used Optimum Leather Protector on my G37 and am not a fan of the feel left over from it)

Anyone have experience with it, and how it feels after application?

Its down to the CQuartz Leather and Vinyl, Pinnacle Black Label leather sealant or just UIGP ever so often. The car will get used a lot by the wife and kids, so the more protection the better!

    Thanks.

    -Chris

Re: Cquartz Leather and Vinyl Coating (NOT Fabric and Leather), reviews?

I've installed a decent amount of the new CQuartz Leather coating and I have to say that I am very much impressed.

Application is tricky, but nothing too difficult if you have any experience with coatings prior. Just take your time, lay it evenly across the surface and level extremely gently. I always apply in 3-4 coats with 1 hour or more in between each coat. Very time consuming but has proven to be very durable.

I coated a few light tan BMW's and Hellcats, all of which have stayed very clean and even easier to clean staining from. It's worth trying out and it won't yellow or fade out like others.

As for the feel. Honestly, it's very natural and plain. I prefer only installing on new'ish leather and it retains that new plush feel to it, absolutely no slickness or tackiness after curing.
