The Lemon Oil was a part of the Home and Kitchen line Meguiar's offered back in the 1970's. Maybe further back I'm not sure an all my antique Meguiar's literature is still in storage back in California.

I have a number of the product from the home and kitchen line but I'm missing the Lemon Oil.

I'd really like to have it for my collection.. If you would like to make a deal I can promise it will get a good home.

Here's my Furniture Glaze, the green label is more rare than the black label products.

My Furniture Cleaner and polish in mint condition...

    MBF-2 Mirror Bright Furniture Polish

    Back Label

Newer Furniture Cleaner from the 1970's or 1980's

While the majority of furniture has lacquer paint sprayed onto it to preserve the would and bring out the beauty of the wood grain, some furniture has not clear protective coating and instead is bare wood and this type of finish is maintained and protected by usually rubbing it down with some type of finishing oil. To help people maintain, protect and showcase the beauty of this type of furniture finish Meguiar's introduced their Finish Preserver For Dull Furniture MBF-5

This particular bottle would be from after World War II as the label indicates this with the name Mirror Gaze instead of Mirror Bright.

    Enjoy!

That's pretty cool. I'm assuming meguiars doesn't make products like this anymore

Very cool. I love seeing the old products!

The best I can do is a jar of Meguiars metal polish from the 80's.

I messaged him, (haven't heard back yet) said that I'm going to donate it to him. I know it's going to a great home and would be glad to add it to his collection.

That's a good gesture. Here's hoping he still sends you something cool.
