question about products that come in gallon size

I was about to purchase Einszett's Kristall Klar Washer Fluid Concentrate as I was adding it to my cart I noticed they offered it in a 10 liter size too. Damn much much better deal for big one! This is normal when you buy bulk, but I happened to see the description and noticed this

the 8.5 oz bottle makes 7 gallons.
the 10 liter one makes 55 gallons?

Both say "highly concentrated" but the small bottle's clearly not the same formula seeing how much more it makes per oz. When I've bought bulk sizes of stuff in the past all I looked for was if it was a concentrate or RTU. 8 small bottles of this would cost exactly the same, make a gallon more product and take up a ton less room (85oz vs 338oz) I'm wondering if any other companies do this? Maybe I need to start looking more closely at labels lol.

Just an FYI, I don't think those highly diluteable washer fluids are freeze resistant if you live somewhere cold.

Last winter I had to put winter fluid because the regular stuff was freezing up. I don't know what's in the winter stuff, maybe antifreeze. Is that safe?

It is not safe to drink!

I don't think it will damage paint either if it is used as intended.

Windshield Wash products' formulas, for below freezing Winter weather, contains ingredients similar to anti-freezes: either Ethylene Glycol---very toxic; or Propylene Glycol---lower toxicity.

I've found that it's best to remove windshield washes' overspray ASAP (This applies year 'round) to avoid having the vehicles' paint being adversely affected with
