What Lake County pads to get

I really like my red microfiber meguiars pads, they cut nicely and do very well. I just wanted to try something new and I heard lake county pads are very good. What color should I go with when I want something with similar properties as the red ones I had mentioned?

good to know about the first two, I do not need a wax pad as I have one and I am usually applying by hand with collinite 476s.

Hydrotechs are great as well, a bit less durable than most though.

By the wording of your post you are looking for a microfiber pad alternative to Meguiar's right?

What machine are you using and what size backing plates do you have.

I just ordered some pads and went with, Meguiar's Microfiber cutting pads, buff n shine green foam polishing pads and orange buff n shine medium cut foam pads.

The same combo would work too if you went with LC.

So get
LC MF cutting pads
LC White Polishing Pads
LC orange medium cut pads

I ordered 6", 5" and 3" and feel I should be able to tackle a good amount of jobs with these different size selections.

I got tired of having so many different colors, so just went with something more simple. Same for my AIO, polish and compound and LSP
