Had a friend drop of his solid black 2008 F150 this week to remove some light swirls. He decided to get it washed at the local car wash place first in effort to save some time and maybe even some cash.
When he pulled up, I saw what is in the attached pic. Mind you, his truck is solid black with no flake but this looks like flake. I ran my fingers over it and it feels smooth to the touch.
Haven't clay or anything yet. I did quickly run over the area with detail spray though with no change.
Just looking for some friendly opinions on what it could be before I start.
It's swirling, nothing too crazy right there. You can see the horizontal lines below the light source. Did you already remove the swirls or are going to?
